Booking Your Class

How far in advance can/should I book with Enchanted Playhouse Theatre Company?
You can make your school reservation as soon as the dates for a production are released. We recommend booking as early as possible due to many performances filling up quickly. The reservation deadline is two weeks before the performance date if seats are available. In some cases, exceptions will be made.
Chaperones
Do I need to bring my own chaperones? How many will I need?
Teachers and/or administrators are responsible for their students during the production. It is recommended you have an appropriate amount of adult supervision for the size of your group attending. The school or organization is responsible for every seat they occupy, including chaperones.
Day Of Your Trip
Where should my bus driver drop us off? Where should my bus driver pick us up?
We are currently performing out of the historic Visalia Fox Theatre in downtown Visalia. Every show has unique parking challenges. We will send a bus drop off and pick up plan for each performance to your coordinator two weeks prior. We thank you for your patients during this transition period while we learn how to get students in and out of the Fox theatre safely and efficiently.
Where should my bus driver park?
Buses can be parked wherever the driver feels safe and legal to park. In the past, bus drivers have parked on East Acequia Avenue across the street from the Visalia Convention Center.
What should I do if a situation arises on the day of the performance?
A board member will always have the Enchanted Playhouse Theatre Company phone on their person and ready to answer on school show days. You can contact them at 559-972-7027. Please be patient if we do not answer, we may be assisting someone else on the phone and will get back to you as soon as possible.
